心脏磁共振成像心肌负荷灌注技术 被引量:2

摘要 冠心病(coronary artery disease,CAD)的发病率和病死率居心血管疾病首位并呈逐年增长的趋势,而缺血心肌识别对指导CAD治疗和预后极其关键,因为只有具有活性的灌注不良的心肌再灌注治疗才有疗效。心肌缺血由冠状动脉狭窄引起,但两者关系不匹配,即冠状动脉狭窄在一定程度内并不会出现心肌缺血的症状,因此通过冠状动脉造影检测冠状动脉狭窄程度来识别缺血心肌意义不大。
