党外知识分子作为统一战线的重要成员,在统一战线工作的开展中有着举足轻重的地位。当前,党外知识分子队伍出现了一些变化,如政治参与热情浓厚,诉求表达意愿增强;知识青年群体比重增大,学历高层次化发展;队伍结构趋向多元,知识精英逐渐社会化;群体凝聚力不强,政治定力不够等。这些变化对统战工作提出了新挑战,即意识形态领域的观念冲突,队伍建设领域的成分复杂,工作管理领域的任务变样,建言渠道领域的通道淤塞等。要应对这些挑战需要做好三方面工作,即以思想政治工作为根本,增强意识形态凝聚力引领力;以队伍建设为前提,努力打造忠诚干净有担当的人才队伍;以机制完善为保障,搭建规范化、制度化渠道支撑。

As important members of the united front,non-party intellectuals play an important role in the development of the united front.At present,the ranks of non-party intellectuals have undergone some changes,such as strong enthusiasm for political participation and increased willingness to express their demands;the proportion of educated youth groups has increased,and the education level has developed at a high level;the team structure tends to be diversified,and intellectual elites are gradually socialized;group cohesion Strong,lack of political determination and so on.These changes have brought new challenges to the United Front work,namely,conflict of ideas in the ideological field,complex components in the field of team building,changes in tasks in the field of work management,and congestion in the field of voice channels.To deal with these challenges,we need to do three aspects of work,that is,taking ideological and political work as the foundation to enhance ideological cohesion and leadership;taking team building as the premise,strive to build a loyal,clean and responsible talent team;Institutionalized channel support.
