数字孪生松辽流域防洪“四预”应用建设探究

Explore the realization of the “four pres” for flood control of the digital twin Songliao River Basin

系统梳理了松辽流域信息化建设的现状与问题,明确了数字孪生松辽平台的重点建设任务,在此基础上探索建设具有松辽流域特色的防洪“四预”应用,为新阶段松辽流域水利高质量发展提供动能和保障。

Located in the area of national strategic significance for“Northeast Revitalization”,the Songliao River Basin is one of the key industrial and commercial grain bases in China.It is in superposition of densely populated,economic development and flood risk areas.Entering a new stage of development,the local people looks forward to a better life without disturbance of flood and drought disasters.Higher requirements are raised for risk reduction,food security and high-quality development.Application of“four pres”for flood control of the digital twin basin shall provide technical support for capacity building to safeguard water security and governance.Through systematic review of situation and understanding of information technology application in the Songliao Basin,key tasks of digital twin Songliao platform are specified.On this basis,studies are made on how to apply“four pres”measures to the Songliao Basin,in order to provide a new driver and guarantee for high-quality water development of the basin in the new stage.
