后疫情时代“放管服”理念下高校二级学院教学管理工作一体化研究

Research on the Integration of Teaching and Management in Secondary Colleges of Universities under the Concept of“Streamline Administration and Delegate Power,Improve Regulation,and Upgrade Services”in the Post-pandemic Era

后疫情时代给高校教学管理工作带来了挑战和机遇。高校要改变管理理念,创新工作模式和管理方法,顺应时代号召,落实中央推动高等教育领域“放管服”改革的政策。同时,高校还要发挥教学办的主体和枢纽作用、系主任和专业带头人的督导和补充作用,发动学院教师和学生骨干力量,并利用信息化手段,从而构建全员参与的教学管理工作信息化网络,构筑教学管理工作一体化机制。

The post-pandemic era has brought challenges and opportunities to teaching management in universities.It is necessary for universities to change the management concept,innovate the work mode and management method,comply with the call of the times,and implement the central government’s policy to promote the reform to streamline administration and delegate power,improve regulation,and upgrade services in higher education.Meanwhile,they should also give full play to the main and pivotal role of the teaching office,the supervisory and supplementary role of department chairmen and professional leaders,as well as the backbone role of college teachers and students,and use information-based means,in order to build an information-based network for teaching and management with full participation,and an integrated mechanism of teaching and management.
