摘要 新高考改革从2014年开始在全国分批分地区逐步推进,第三批试点的八省市在2021年正式实施新的“3+1+2”方案。该方案对高中教育和管理提出了新的要求,现有的班级管理模式在新形势下也遇到了新的困难和挑战。面对新高考,我们要积极转变班级管理理念,探索多元评价方式,尝试团队化班级管理等新方法,使班级管理更加科学高效,更好地促进学生全面健康发展。 The reform of the new college entrance examination has been gradually promoted in batches and regions across the country since 2014,and the eight provinces and cities in the third batch of pilot projects officially implemented the new“3+1+2”scheme in 2021.The scheme has put forward new requirements for senior high school education management,and the existing class management mode also encounters new difficulties and challenges under the new situation.In the face of the new college entrance examination,we must actively change the concept of class management,explore multiple evaluation methods,and try new methods such as team-based class management,so as to make class management more efficient and scientific,and better promote the overall and healthy development of students.
