新时代高校劳动教育价值内涵与实现途径--以服务性劳动为视角

The Value Connotation and Realization Path of Labor Education in Colleges and Universities in the NewEra:From the Perspective of Service-type Labor

高校通过将劳动教育纳入人才培养体系,落实立德树人,进一步促进大学生全面发展。新时代劳动教育的价值观更彰显时代性,劳动教育的内容要更加丰富,培养途径要突出全面性。而作为劳动教育其中之一的服务性劳动教育,在育人方面占据了重要地位。高校通过重塑服务性劳动教育观、挖掘育人价值,落实服务性劳动教育课程设置、丰富育人体系,细化顶层设计、加强制度保证、多措并举,丰富服务性劳动育人氛围、营造良好的校园环境等途径,进一步发挥劳动育人的作用。

By incorporating labor education into the talent training system,colleges and universities implement the fundamental task of enhancing morality and fostering talents,and further promote the all-round development of college students.The values of labor education in the new era are more representative of the times,the content of labor education should be more abundant,and the training methods of labor education should be more comprehensive.As one of its types,service-type labor education also plays an important role in educating people.By reshaping the concept of service-type labor education,colleges and universities take some measures to further play the role of labor education and improve the quality of talent training,including tapping the value of educating people,implement the curriculum arrangement of service-type labor education to enrich the education system,refining the top-level design to strengthen institutional guarantees and taking multiple measures,enriching the atmosphere of service-type labor education to create a good campus environment.
