摘要
为合理配置空港枢纽停车场资源,提高相关停车场运营水平,在杭州萧山国际机场进行问卷调查,分析不同属性受访人群的停泊服务支付意愿以及多停车场的意愿转变界限,研究空港枢纽停车场用户对不同停车场的停泊感知以及接受单次停泊服务的支付意愿。通过构建一系列多项Logistic回归模型揭示影响用户停泊支付意愿的主要社会属性和行为属性。结果表明:(1)企业员工和个体/自由职业者的绝对支付意愿较事业单位员工低;(2)以旅游休闲为停车目的、提前到达时间在15min以下的受访者绝对支付意愿远高于其他相应类别;(3)在一定影响范围内,可通过调节停车价格来配置停车场资源,且两种支付意愿测定方式(开放式询价和二分式选择)对停车场选择的差值意愿界限有所影响;(4)停车频率、停车因素、常选停车场和职业是影响受访者对地库停车场停泊服务支付意愿的主要因素。
To allocate airport hub parking resources reasonably and improve the operation level of relevant parking lots,a questionnaire survey was conducted at Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport to analyze the willingness to pay for parking services of the respondents with different attributes and the willing‐ness transition boundaries of multiple parking lots,and obtain the parking perception of airport parking users for different parking lots and the willingness to pay for single parking service.A series of multivariate Logistic models were constructed to reveal the major social and behavioral attributes that affected the willingness of relevant users to pay for parking.The results show that:(1)the absolute willingness-to-pay of enterprise staff or freelancers is lower than that of employees in public institutions;(2)the absolute willingness-to-pay of the respondents who park for tourism/leisure and arrive less than 15 minutes in advance is much higher than other categories;(3)parking resources can be allocated through pricing strategies within the limited influence range,meanwhile two methods of measuring willingness-to-pay,namely open inquiry and dichotomous selection,have an effect on the difference willingness limit of parking lot choice;(4)parking frequency,parking factors,preferred parking lots,and occupation mainly impact respondents′willingness-to-pay for basement parking services.
