摘要
为促进生鲜农产品的高效流通,基于高速公路收费系统的绿通车数据对生鲜农产品区域间的流通规律和流通路径进行了研究。以云南省为例,运用社会网络分析方法,选取网络密度和度中心度等指标,分别构建了收费站点、县级行政区间产生网络联系的合作矩阵,分析了收费站点、县级行政区间两种尺度下生鲜农产品的流动特征。结果表明:生鲜农产品时空流通模式与当地农作物季节性存在显著的相关性,呈现明显的“空间极化效应”;生鲜农产品空间结构分布不均衡,流通网络区域集聚特征明显,核心区域发生高强度交互,而网络边缘地区对核心地区的流通依附性较高;生鲜农产品整体流通规模符合距离衰减效应。据此,在物流运输网络优化中应加强核心物流节点的辐射能力,提升网络边缘节点的运输服务能力,保障各区域生鲜农产品的流通效率和时效性。
In order to promote the efficient circulation of fresh agricultural products,the circulation law and circulation path of fresh agricultural products between regions were studied based on the green traffic data of expressway toll system.Taking Yunnan Province as an example,using social network analysis method,two cooperation matrix of network connection between toll stations and countylevel administrative sections were constructed respectively,based on some indicators such as network density and point centrality.The flow characteristics of fresh agricultural products were analyzed at these two scales.The results show that there is a significant correlation between the spatiotemporal circulation pattern of fresh agricultural products and the seasonality of local crops,showing an obvious"spatial polarization effect";the spatial distribution of fresh agricultural products is unbalanced,the regional agglomeration characteristics of circulation network are obvious,and the core areas have highintensity interactions,while the network edge areas are highly dependent on the circulation of core areas;the overall circulation scale of fresh agricultural products conforms to the distance attenuation effect.Therefore,in the optimization of logistics transportation network,the radiation capability of the core logistics nodes should be strengthened,the transportation service capability of the network edge nodes should be improved,and the circulation efficiency and timeliness of fresh agricultural products in various regions should be guaranteed.
