构建基于增量关联规则快速更新算法的神经外科监护设备安全管理模式研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:基于增量关联规则快速更新(FUP)算法构建神经外科重症监护室(NICU)监护设备安全管理模式,探讨其在NICU监护设备管理中的应用价值。方法:选取医院NICU收治的120例危重症患者,根据所用设备管理模式将其分为对照组(57例)和观察组(63例),对照组涉及使用的监护设备采用预设报警应对管理模式,观察组采用基于增量关联规则FUP算法(简称FUP算法)的NICU监护设备安全管理模式,从电气、感染和诊疗3个维度构建安全管理数据库,基于FUP算法挖掘高频安全风险事项进行安全隐患预防和重点管理。比较两组设备安全管理质量、临床护理质量和设备运行质量。结果:观察组安全管理质量的电气、感染和诊疗风险率低于对照组,临床护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.768,Z=3.447,Z=4.044,Z=3.658;P<0.05);观察组设备运行的开机率、故障率、质检合格率和管理费用增幅好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=3.538,Z=2.987,Z=2.757,Z=4.127;P<0.05)。结论:基于增量关联规则FUP算法的NICU监护设备安全管理模式,能够有效挖掘NICU监护设备的高频安全隐患,提高设备早期干预管理的针对性,改善设备运行质量。 Objective:To construct a safety management mode for monitoring equipment in neurosurgical intensive care unit(NICU)based on fast update(FUP)of incremental association rule algorithm,and to explore its application value in the management of monitoring equipment in NICU.Methods:120 critically ill patients admitted to NICU of the hospital were selected and divided into control group(57 cases)and observation group(63 cases)according to the management mode.The monitoring equipment involved in the control group adopted the preset alarm response management mode,and the observation group adopted the safety management mode of NICU monitoring equipment based on FUP algorithm with The safety management database was constructed from three dimensions of electrical,infection and diagnosis and treatment,and high-frequency safety risks were mined based on FUP algorithm for safety hazard prevention and key management.The quality of safety management,clinical nursing and equipment operation were compared between the two groups.Results:The electrical,infection and diagnosis and treatment risk rates of safety management quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the satisfaction of clinical nursing was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=3.768,Z=3.447,Z=4.044,Z=3.658;P<0.05);the operating rate,failure rate,quality inspection acceptance rate and management cost increase of the equipment in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(Z=3.538,Z=2.987,Z=2.757,Z=4.127;P<0.05).Conclusion:The safety management mode of NICU monitoring equipment based on FUP of incremental association rule algorithm can effectively excavate the high frequency hidden safety risks of NICU monitoring equipment,enhance the pertinence of early intervention management of equipment and improve the operation quality of equipment.
