经阴道B超检查和宫腔镜检查对异常子宫出血诊断价值分析

Analysis of the Diagnostic Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound and Hysteroscopy for Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

目的:探究异常子宫出血诊断中经阴道B超检查与宫腔镜检查的应用价值。方法:选择2020年9月至2021年9月在我院诊疗的异常子宫出血患者190例作为研究对象,均经病理学检查确诊。对患者先后行经阴道B超检查与宫腔镜检查,比较两种检查对异常子宫出血诊断的检出率与诊断准确率。结果:异常子宫出血临床诊断准确率比较,宫腔镜诊断准确率高于经阴道B超,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在异常子宫出血临床诊断中,应用经阴道B超与宫腔镜检查均可获得较高的检出率,但是从诊断准确率方面比较宫腔镜在诊断符合率与灵敏度上存在明显优势,说明宫腔镜在异常子宫出血诊断中更加适用,诊断价值高。

Objective:To explore the application value of transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods:Patients who were diagnosed with abnormal uterine bleeding for treatment in our hospital from September 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects.Those 190 cases were confirmed by pathological examination,and transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy were conducted successively on the patients to compare the detection rate and diagnostic accuracy of both examinations in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding.Results:According to the comparison of the clinical diagnostic accuracy of abnormal uterine bleeding,hysteroscopy was higher than that of transvaginal ultrasound,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding,both transvaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy can be applied to get a higher detection rate,but in the case of diagnostic accuracy,hysteroscopy has a significant advantage in terms of diagnostic accordance rate and sensitivity,indicating that the application of hysteroscopy in diagnosing abnormal uterine bleeding is more appropriate and has high diagnostic value.
