“三全育人”视域下高校扶贫档案功能的拓展与实现

Expansion and Realization of Poverty Alleviation Archives’ Function in Universities Under the View of "Three Full-education"

随着高校“三全育人”的大力推进和“后扶贫时代”的来临,高校扶贫档案中所包含的文化蕴涵愈发重要,其育人理念得以更新,功能也得到了进一步拓展。在此背景下,本文通过提出加强档案基础资源建设,建立高校扶贫专项档案库,多路径拓宽扶贫档案育人渠道,从而构建了全员、全程化、全方位的扶贫档案育人体系,赋予了高校文化工作新的生命力。

With the vigorous promotion of "Three Full-education" and the advent of "post-poverty alleviation era", the cultural connotation contained in poverty alleviation archives in universities is becoming more and more important, its education concept is updated and its function is further expanded. In this context, this paper proposes to strengthen the construction of basic resources of archives, establish special archives of poverty alleviation in universities, and expand education channels of poverty alleviation archives in multiple ways, building a poverty alleviation archives education system of full staff, full process and full range, which gives new vitality to the cultural work of universities.
