Research on the Development Strategy of Archival Work in the New Media Era

新媒体对档案工作的信息化建设起到了重要的推动作用,使档案信息逐渐步入全数字化。本文分析当下新媒体环境对档案工作的影响,从档案工作存在的不足、给档案宣传工作带来的契机、档案的保密性以及档案的收集保存等四个方面进行了阐述,探究了新媒体时代下档案工作的发展策略。

New media have played an important role in promoting the informatization construction of archival work, making archival information gradually step into full digitization. This paper analyzes the impact of the current new media environment on archival work,expounds the shortcomings of archival work, the opportunities brought to archival work publicity, the confidentiality of archives and the collection and preservation of archives, and explores the development strategy of archival work in the new media era.
