摘要
通过对20家高校档案馆声像档案管理状况的调查,分析了当前国内高校声像档案管理现状,揭示了高校在声像档案管理上存在的重视程度不够、声像档案收集不齐全、专业人才短缺、管理工作不规范、管理系统不完善、服务效率不高、永久保存和安全存储存在隐患等问题,并分析原因,提出了增强声像档案建设的思想自觉和行动自觉、构建声像档案集成管理与服务平台、实现馆员配置专业化和专职化、健全声像档案管理标准规范、实现永久保存和安全存储高效化具体对策。
Based on a investigation of audio-video archives management in twenty universities, this paper analyzes the current situation of audio-video archives management in Chinese universities, and identifies the problems including insufficient attention to audio-video archives management, incomplete collection, shortage of professional talents, nonstandard management, deficiency in management system, inefficient service and hidden problems in permanent preservation and safe storage, etc. After analyzing the reasons, the paper puts forward some specific countermeasures, such as strengthening the consciousness of thought and action in the construction of audio-video archives, constructing the integrated management and service platform of audio-video archives,recruiting professionalized and specialized staff members, optimizing management standard of audio-video archives, and realizing the high efficiency of permanent preservation and safe storage in universities.
