Value Return and Optimization Path of Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools Under the Background of“Double Reduction”Policy

“双减”政策出台以来,各地区开展校外补课乱象治理,调整学生课内外作业,减轻学生负担,为学生腾出空余时间,也为劳动教育的开展赢得时间。为此,必须明确劳动教育的价值,揭示育人是劳动教育永恒不变的初心,从而推进劳动教育融入生活,回归自然,赋予劳动教育生命力与活力;同时,明确学校劳动教育面临的核心问题。劳动教育的优化可以“双减”政策的出台为发展契机,在各级各类学校更新劳动教育的课程理念,强化学校开展劳动教育的主阵地作用,构筑校园劳动环境,推进家庭、学校和社会协同育人机制的顶层设计,健全客观动态的劳动教学评价,使“双减”切实赋能劳动教育发展。

Since the introduction of the“double reduction”policy,various regions have carried out controlling the chaos of off-campus make-up classes,adjusted students’in-class and out-of-class work,and reduced the burden on students,aiming at freeing up spare time for students and gaining time for the development of labor education.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the value of labor education,revealing that educating people is the eternal original intention of labor education,so as to promote the integration of labor education into life,return labor education to nature,and endow labor education with vigorousness and vitality.At the same time,the core problem faced by school labor education is clarified.Labor education can be optimized by taking the introduction of the“double reduction”policy as an opportunity for development,in ways of updating the curriculum concept of labor education in schools at all levels and types,strengthening the main position of school education,building a campus labor environment,promoting the top-level design of the home-school-community collaborative education mechanism,and improving the objective and dynamic evaluation of labor teaching,so that the“double reduction”can empower the development of labor education”.
