论数字时代专门用途中文本土教师的培养 被引量:2

摘要 随着国际中文教育事业的发展,国际中文学习者的来源和需求日益呈现出多元化特征,中文教学的本土化成为国际中文教育事业发展的必然趋势,专门用途中文的教学和研究也是一个重要研究领域。国际本土中文教师是国际中文教育可持续发展的保障,但就专门用途中文教学而言,本土教师既缺乏中文教学专业训练,也缺乏专门的学科知识,是国际中文教育事业未来发展的较大制约因素。如何建设专门用途中文本土教师队伍,尤其是本土教师自身“中文”和“专业”两个方面知识与技能的培养问题,是亟需研究和解决的课题。数字时代的来临为教育提供了新方法和新路径。通过建立专门用途中文数字信息化教学平台,在总培训目标符合教师标准的前提下以及区域国别研究的基础上,以需求为导向,制定符合不同国家和地区的师资培养方案,对本土教师进行专门用途中文教学的线上培训,并基于资源整合实现专门用途中文本土师资培养优化的目标。 With the development of international Chinese education,the sources and needs of international Chinese learners are increasingly diversified.The localization of Chinese teaching has become an inevitable trend in the development of international Chinese education,and the teaching and research of Chinese for Specific Purposes(CSP)has also become an important research field.The localization of Chinese-language teachers is the guarantee for the sustainable development of international Chinese-language education.However,in terms of CSP teaching,the local teachers often lack both professional training in Chinese-language teaching and knowledge of specialized subjects,which is a major constraint for the development of international Chinese-language teaching.How to train qualified local CSP teachers is an urgent issue that deserves further research,especially the training of the local teachers for acquiring not only the knowledge and skills of the Chinese language but also professional knowledge.The advent of the digital age provides new methods and paths for education.A digital platform for the training of local CSP teachers by following the international CSP training objectives and the requirements of country-specific researches in line with international Chinese teachers’standards as well as the programs for satisfying the demands for the training of the Chinese-language teachers in different countries and regions could offer the online training of local CSP teachers,and achieve the integration of resources with the optimization of the training objectives and with the features of universality and diversity.
