摘要
阿尔奇公式是应用测井资料定量解释油水层的经典公式,然而传统的利用岩电实验确定阿尔奇公式参数的方法具有成本高、工作量大的缺点.针对这一问题,本文提出了基于量子衍生涡流搜索的阿尔奇公式参数确定方法.首先,根据阿尔奇公式参数的取值范围随机产生一个当前解,然后以当前解为中心,基于三维高斯分布随机产生若干候选解,并在这些候选解中寻找最优解,若最优解优于当前解,则用最优解替换当前解,再以当前解为中心,基于三维高斯分布继续产生候选解,如此循环直至收敛.收敛后的最优解即为最终确定的阿尔奇公式的参数.该方法的特色是候选解采用量子比特编码,候选解的产生采用量子比特的绕轴旋转实现,对于不同尺度空间的搜索具有较好的适应性.实验结果表明,在保证饱和度解释精度的前提下,量子衍生涡流算法可以替代复杂的岩电实验方法来确定阿尔奇公式的参数,使阿尔奇公式参数确定工作更为便捷.
Archie's formula is a classical formula for quantitative interpretation of oil-water layer by using logging data.However,the traditional method of determining the parameters of Archie's formula by using rock electric experiment has the disadvantages of high cost and heavy workload.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a method to determine the parameters of Archie's formula based on quantum derived eddy current search.First of all,according to the scope of archie formula parameters as random a current solution,and then to the current solution as the center,based on the three dimensional gaussian random number of candidate solutions,and to find the optimal solution in the candidate solution,if the optimal solution is better than that of the current solution,the optimal solution is used to replace the current solution,as the center,to the current solution is based on three dimensional gaussian distribution continues to generate candidate solutions,and so on until convergence.The optimal solution after convergence is the parameter of the finally determined Archie formula.The characteristic of this method is that the candidate solution is encoded by qubit,and the generation of the candidate solution is realized by the rotation of qubit around the axis,so it has good adaptability to the search of different scale space.The experimental results show that,on the premise of ensuring the accuracy of saturation interpretation,the quantum derived eddy current algorithm can replace the complex rock electric experiment method to determine the parameters of Archie's formula,which makes the parameter determination of Archie's formula more convenient.
