松脂中松节油含量测定改进

Determination Improvement of Turpentine Content in Rosin

采用碱中和法测定松脂中松节油含量并对其进行改进。考察2种碱及蒸馏回流时间对测定结果的影响,用气相色谱法分析松脂油成分,对蒸馏的松节油进行比较验证。结果表明,以5%氢氧化钠溶液代替80%甘油溶液作为松节油含量测定的反应物,回流3~4h,测定结果与标准LY/T1355—2010方法差值小于1%,相对误差小于1.90%。本实验方法操作简单,易于清洗,能满足测定要求。

The content of turpentine in rosin was determined and improved by alkali neutralization method. The effects of two kinds of bases and distillation reflux time on the determination were investigated. Analysis and comparison ofrosinand distilled turpentine by gas chromatography,then compared and verified of distilled turpentine.The results showed that the difference between the determination result and the standard LY/T 1355—2010 method was less than 1% and the relative error was less than 1.90% when 5% sodium solution hydroxide was used instead of 80% glycerol solution as the reactant for the determination of turpentine content in rosin, reflux 3~4 h.The experimental method is simple to operate, easy to clean and can meet the requirements of determination.
