摘要
随着网络教师污名化现象的蔓延,教师的职业心态随之发生了改变。研究以格林沃尔德的认知反应理论为基础,编制了教师佛系心态量表,构建了“职业安全感”“不恼”“不管”和“不争”4个维度。通过整理访谈资料、参考相关量表、专家讨论等方法编制条目。选取128名教师进行预测试,595名教师正式测试。研究结果表明,教师佛系心态量表建构的4个维度结构合理,量表的项目分析、探索性分析和验证性分析符合心理测量学要求,是测量教师佛系心态的有效工具。
With the spread of teacher stigmatization on the Internet, teachers’ professional mindset has changed. Based on Greenwald’s cognitive response theory, the study developed a teacher’s Buddhist mindset scale, and constructed four dimensions: "occupational security" "not annoyed" "don’t care" and The four dimensions of "not fighting" were constructed. The items were compiled by compiling interview data, referring to related scales, and discussing with experts.One hundred and twenty-eight teachers were selected for pretesting and 595 teachers were formally tested. The results of the study showed that the four dimensions constructed by the teacher Buddhist mindset scale were well structured, and the item analysis, exploratory analysis and validation analysis of the scale were in line with psychometric requirements, which was an effective tool for measuring teachers’ Buddhist mindset.
