高校课程思政建设面临的困境及破解之道

Research on the major problems and its countermeasures in the advancement of ideological and political theory teaching in universities

思政课程与“课程思政”同为思想政治教育的重要子系统,二者的核心内涵都是育人,在育人方向和任务上始终高度统一于思想政治教育的总目标,共同肩负着立德树人的教育使命、传播社会主义意识形态的政治使命和规范价值观念、道德规范的社会使命。本文借重思政课程与“课程思政”的育人共性和差异,遵循育人目标,沿着问题走向,分析“课程思政”开展过程中面临的实际困境,探讨“课程思政”育人功能、主体构建及空间拓展的乏力或逆向的偏差,为实现思政课程和各类课程的深度融合,提升“课程思政”建设成效给出有益建议,以期达成同中有异、异中求同的整体育人大格局。

It is known that ideological and political education in China consists of both courses for ideological and political education and ideological and political theory teaching in all courses in universities, both being the subsystem of educating students. These two kinds of teaching practices, either from the perspective of educating students or completing its objectives, aim to fulfil the overall goal of helping university students receiving proper ideological and political education, both undertaking the educational mission of fostering virtue through education, the political mission of disseminating socialist ideological theories, the social mission of transmitting norms of morality and values across the country. This paper, focusing on the differences and similarities of ideological and political education approaches, has analyzed the real difficulties it has ever encountered in classrooms by following the goal of moral education, and has probed into its education function, its inefficiency of constructing leading bodies and its deviation from the converse practices by tackling the main obstacles. By doing so, it finally makes variety of teaching theories and methods integrate into one system, which not only promotes the efficiency of ideological and political construction, but creates a comprehensive structure to allow various kinds of teaching approaches to play its role in real attempts.
