协同护理联合护理质控在慢阻肺患者中的应用效果

Application effect of collaborative nursing combined with nursing quality control in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的探讨协同护理联合护理质控在慢阻肺患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月本院接收的100例慢阻肺患者作为研究对象,按照电脑随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组展开协同护理联合护理质控干预。比较两组的护理质量评分、自我管理能力评分、症状改善评分、呼吸功能指标。结果观察组的护理态度、护理能力、应急能力、医护配合评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的信息管理、日常生活管理、情绪管理、症状管理、自我效能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的BODE指数各项评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的FEV_(1)%、SaO_(2)、OI均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论协同护理联合护理质控可有效提升慢阻肺患者的护理质量及自我管理能力,促进临床症状、呼吸功能有效改善。

Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing combined with nursing quality control in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease received in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of computer random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given collaborative nursing combined with nursing quality control intervention.The scores of nursing quality,self-management ability,symptom improvement and respiratory function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing attitude,nursing ability,emergency ability and medical cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of information management,daily life management,emotion management,symptom management and self-efficacy in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the each BODE indexes scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,FEV_(1)%,SaO_(2) and OI in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing combined with nursing quality control can effectively improve the nursing quality and self-management ability,and promote the effective improvement of clinical symptoms and respiratory function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
