视频管理在神经内科ICU管理中的应用效果

Application effect of video management in ICU management of neurology department

目的探究视频管理在神经内科ICU管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至10月本院神经内科ICU 122例患者为研究对象,依据患者入院顺序的单双号将其随机分为对照组和观察组,最后确定对照组49例,观察组51例。对照组实施ICU常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上实施视频管理。比较两组患者家属对护理服务的满意度、入院时与出院时患者家属的焦虑情况以及患者的不良事件发生情况。结果观察组患者家属对护理服务的满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时,两组患者家属的SAS评分均低于入院时,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良事件总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论视频管理有利于提高神经内科ICU患者家属对护理服务的满意度,缓解其焦虑情绪,降低患者的不良事件发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of video management in ICU management of neurology department.Methods A total of 122 neurological ICU patients in our hospital from March to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the odd and even numbers of the patients'admission order.Finally,there were 49 cases in the control group and 51 cases in the observation group.The control group was given ICU routine management,while the observation group was given video management on the basis of the control group.The satisfaction of family members to nursing service,anxiety of family members at admission and discharge,and occurrence of adverse events of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction score of family members to nursing service in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the SAS score of family members in the two groups was lower than that at admission,that of the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Video management is beneficial to improving the satisfaction of family members to nursing service of neurological ICU patients,alleviate their anxiety,and reduce the incidence of adverse events of patients.
