早期中医康复护理联合常规康复护理对脑瘫患儿的改善效果

Improvement effect of early traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with routine rehabilitation nursing on children with cerebral palsy

目的探究早期中医康复护理联合常规康复护理对脑瘫患儿的改善效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月本院收治的300例脑瘫患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组实施常规康复护理,观察组实施早期中医康复护理联合常规康复护理。比较两组患儿的各项指标。结果干预2个月后,观察组的MDI、PDI、GMFM评分及家属满意度均高于对照组,改良Ashworth评分、食欲不振、筋骨疲软、智力低下及症状总分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期中医康复护理联合常规康复护理能够促进脑瘫患儿康复效果的提升,且效果令人满意。

Objective To explore the improvement effect of early traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with routine rehabilitation nursing on children with cerebral palsy.Methods Three hundred children with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the children were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received early traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with routine rehabilitation nursing.The indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After 2 months of intervention,the scores of MDI,PDI,GMFM and the satisfaction of family members in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the improved Ashworth score,scores of loss of appetite,weakness of muscles and bones,mental retardation and total symptom score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing combined with routine rehabilitation nursing for children with cerebral palsy can promote the improvement of the rehabilitation effect,and the effect is satisfactory.
