分级分区护理管理模式对急性心肌梗死患者心功能及预后的改善作用

Improving effects of grading and zoning nursing management model on cardiac function and prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的分析分级分区护理管理模式对急性心肌梗死患者心功能及预后的改善作用。方法选择2020年1月至2021年1月本院收治的76例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各38例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施分级分区护理管理模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,两组的LVEF、CO均升高,LVESD、LVEDD均减小,且研究组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组梗死相关血管再通率、存活率显著高于对照组,主要心脑血管不良事件发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的HAMA、HAMD评分均降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组心脏不良事件总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论分级分区护理管理模式在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果显著,其可改善心功能,提高抢救成功率,缓解不良心理状态,减少心脏不良事件的发生。

Objective To analyze the improving effects of grading and zoning nursing management model on cardiac function and prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 76 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented grading and zoning nursing management model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the LVEF and CO in the two groups increased,and the LVESD and LVEDD reduced,and those in the study group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The recanalization rate of infarct related vessels and survival rate in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of major cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse cardiac events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The grading and zoning nursing management model applied in patients with acute myocardial infarction has a significant effect,which can improve cardiac function and the success rate of rescue,alleviate the adverse psychological state and reduce the incidence of adverse cardiac events.
