基于3D激光扫描点云的输电线路通道情况分析

摘要 保证输电线路通道安全是输电运行专业的重点工作之一。输电线路人工巡视能够发现大部分隐患,但由于通道环境复杂多变,特别是树木隐患,人工巡视存在盲区和视觉误判,严重时发生树碰导线引起掉闸事故。为此,结合激光扫描技术对通道隐患进行梳理和排查,以110 kV间齿线为例,对输电通道环境进行分析,分析完毕后通过交叉跨越明细和实时工况安全距离分析通道隐患,为运行班组线路资料梳理工作以及“三跨”管理工作提供数据支撑,基于3D激光扫描点云的输电线路通道情况分析是十分必要的。 Ensuring the safety of transmission line channel is one of the key tasks of transmission operation specialty.Most hidden dangers can be found by manual inspection of transmission lines.However,due to the complex and changeable channel environment,especially the hidden dangers of trees,there are blind areas and visual misjudgments in manual inspection.In serious cases,trees touch conductors and cause gate dropping accidents.Therefore,the hidden dangers of the channel are combed and investigated in combination with laser scanning technology.Taking the 110 kV inter toothed line as an example,the transmission channel environment is analyzed.After the analysis,the hidden dangers of the channel are analyzed through the cross crossing details and the safety distance of real-time working conditions.Provide data support for line data sorting and"three spans"management of operation teams.It is very necessary to analyze the transmission line channel based on 3D laser scanning point cloud.
