摘要
本文分析了一起电容式电压互感器3U_(0)越线告警事件。介绍了电容式电压互感器的运行原理、常见故障及其试验的方法,对具体案例进行分析,经过绝缘电阻试验数据、介质损耗与电容量试验数据的分析对220 kV副母压变进行了诊断性试验,试验结果表明,介质损耗和电容量变化均不符合规定要求,进一步分析明确是电容式电压互感器3U_(0)越线告警是由于该电容式电压互感器上节电容单元绝缘出现明显劣化现象导致的,后续进行了设备的更换处理。该事件提醒相关工作人员重视电力测量设备的质量问题,要进行定期消缺、维护,避免因测量装置自身原因导致测量数据不准,对电力系统误判的事件。
This paper analyzes a 3U_(0) over line alarm event of capacitive voltage transformer.The operation principle,common faults and test methods of capacitive voltage transformer are analyzed.Through the analysis of specific cases,through the analysis of insulation resistance test data,dielectric loss and capacitance test data,the diagnostic test of 220 kV auxiliary bus voltage transformer is carried out.The test results show that the dielectric loss and capacitance change do not meet the specified requirements,Through further analysis,it is clear that the 3U_(0) line crossing alarm of the capacitive voltage transformer is caused by the obvious deterioration of the insulation of the capacitor unit on the capacitive voltage transformer,and the equipment is replaced later.The event reminded relevant staff to pay attention to the quality problems of power measurement equipment and carry out regular defect elimination and maintenance to avoid inaccurate measurement data and misjudgment of power system due to the measurement device itself.
