摘要
随着“碳达峰、碳中和”战略目标的推进,西部地区优渥的光照地理环境,将吸引大量的分布式光伏电站接踵而来。文章对西宁地区的整县主变容量及10 kV线路的分布式光伏消纳能力进行测算。通过选取典型光伏电站伏进行数据分析,给出了电网运行中电压调节策略。采用PSASP软件进行建模计算大规模分布式电源接入对系统短路电流的影响,给出了电网安全运行策略建议。
With the advancement of the strategic goal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality",the favorable lighting geographical environment in the western region will attract a large number of distributed photovoltaic power stations.In this paper,the distributed photovoltaic absorption capacity of Xining area is calculated from two aspects of sub-county and sub-voltage level.By selecting typical photovoltaic power station for data analysis,proposed a voltage regulation strategy for grid operation.By using PSASP software for modeling,the impact of large-scale distributed power supply access on the short-circuit current of the system is calculated,further proposed suggestions on the safe operation of the power grid.
