心理护理对儿童眼科患儿家属的应用效果

Application of Psychological Nursing in Family Members of Children in Department of Ophthalmology

目的观察心理护理对儿童眼科患儿家属心理状态的影响,探讨其是否能提高护理满意度并在患儿治疗中提供帮助。方法选择2020年1—12月南昌大学第二附属医院儿童眼科收治的患儿300例,将其与家属按1:1比例对应。将300例患儿家属按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组150例,对照组给予儿童眼科常规护理模式,观察组在常规护理模式基础上实施心理护理。观察2组护理前后患儿家属抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及应对疾病评分的变化,比较2组护理满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组护理后患儿家属SDS评分、SAS评分均显著减少(P<0.05);护理满意度、应对疾病评分均显著增加(P<0.05)。结论在儿童眼科临床护理过程中,为患儿家属提供心理护理能够有效地缓解患儿家属的不良情绪,提高患儿家属的护理满意度,对患儿治疗起到积极的作用。

Objective To observe the influence of psychological nursing on psychological state of children’s family members in department of pediatric ophthalmology,and to explore whether it can improve nursing satisfaction and provide help in the treatment of children.Methods Three hundred family members of children(Match the patient to his/her family at a ratio of 1:1)treated in the department of pediatric ophthalmology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 150 children in each group.Both groups received routine nursing care.On this basis,the observation group were given psychological nursing.The scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and coping style of family members were measured before and after nursing.In addition,nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,psychological nursing decreased the scores of SDS,SAS,and increased nursing satisfaction and coping style score in family members of children(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical nursing for children in department of ophthalmology,the application of psychological nursing in family members of children can effectively alleviate negative emotions of family members,improve nursing satisfaction,and therefore play a positive role in the treatment of children.
