一次性根管治疗与常规根管治疗术在急性牙髓炎中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the application effect of one-time root canal therapy and conventional root canal therapy in the treatment of acute pulpitis

目的 分析一次性根管治疗与常规根管治疗术在急性牙髓炎中的应用效果。方法 选择2018年4月-2020年1月我科接治的72例急性牙髓炎患者,按随机数字表法将其分为常规组与治疗组,每组各36例。常规组采取常规根管治疗,治疗组采取一次性根管治疗,分析两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗组治疗有效率高于常规组,不良反应发生率均低于常规组,治疗后VAS评分、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6均低于常规组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.222、5.063,t=14.036、14.471、15.044、5.122,均P<0.05)。结论 与常规根管治疗术相比,治疗组一次性根管治疗急性牙髓炎的效果更理想,能够缓解术后疼痛,减弱炎性因子的表达,减少不良反应,其安全性及可行性强,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of one-time root canal therapy and conventional root canal therapy for the treatment of acute pulpitis. Methods From Apr. 2018 to Jan. 2020, 72 patients with acute pulpitis treated in our department were selected and divided into conventional group and treatment group, 36 cases in each group. The conventional root canal treatment was taken in the conventional group, and the one-time root canal treatment was taken in the treatment group, treatment efficiency between the two groups was analyzed. Results In the treatment group, the effective rate was higher, the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower, the VAS score, hs-CRP, TNF-α, and IL-6 after treatment were all lower than those of the conventional group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.222, 5.063, t=14.036, 14.471, 15.044,5.122, all P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional root canal treatment, one-time root canal treatment for acute pulpitis in the treatment group has a better effect, can relieve postoperative pain, weaken the expression of inflammatory factors, reduce adverse reactions, has strong safety and feasibility. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
