替罗非班对急性心肌梗塞非介入治疗患者的临床影响

摘要 急性心肌梗塞(AMI)起病急、进展快、并发症多、病死率高,非介入治疗是常规治疗和急救的有效方法。本文探讨替罗非班对急性心肌梗塞非介入治疗患者的临床影响,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料选取2019年8月-2020年1月我院收治的60例急性心肌梗塞非介入治疗患者,均符合《2012年急性心肌梗死用药指南》的诊断标准,伴有不同程度的前驱症状如心绞痛、烦躁不安、出汗、恐惧或濒死感等。
