摘要
提升大学生心理建设能力是增进其心理健康水平的主要路径。结合大学生的心理发展特点,挖掘主流影视作品对大学生的心理建设功能,将其在事件、人物、视角方面的优势与大学生心理发展特点充分结合起来,通过感知与欣赏、思考与论辩、沉浸与模拟、省思与体悟等环节系统性地培育大学生心理资本,可以有效提升大学生心理建设能力,从源头上增进大学生心理健康水平。
Improving the ability of college students*psychological construction is a main way to improve their mental health level.Combined with the psychological development characteristics of college students to excavate the psychological construction function of mainstream film and television works,we can fully integrate their advantages in events,characters and perspectives with the psychological development characteristics of college students,and systematically cultivate their psychological capital through the links of perception and appreciation,thinking and debate,immersion and simulation,reflection and understanding can effectively improve the ability of their psychological construction and enhance their mental health level from the source.
