基于师范类专业认证的高师院校美术学人才培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Fine-Arts Professionals in Normal Universities Based on Normal Professional Certification

师范类专业认证要求高师院校构建持续改进的人才培养体系,体系以学生能力达成为中心,产出需求为导向。目前,高师院校美术学人才培养还存在一些问题:课程与教学实施方式单一,无法体现学生中心;人才培养体系滞后,不能凸显产出导向;质量评价体系不健全,无法保障持续改进。基于师范专业认证的高师院校美术学人才培养可采取以下策略:落实立德树人根本任务,改进课程与教学实施方式,强化学生中心;重塑反向设计的人才培养体系,凸显产出导向;构建基于达成度的评价体系,实现持续改进。

The normal professional certification requires normal universities to build a continuously improved talent training system,which is centered on students'ability and oriented by output demand.At present,there are still some problems in the cultivation of fine-arts professionals in normal universities,such as the single implementation mode of curriculum and teaching which can not reflect the student center,the backward talent training system which cannot highlight the output orientation,and the impefect quality evaluation system which can not guarantee continuous improvement.The cultivation of fine-arts talents in normal universities based on nomarl professional certification can adopt the following strategies:implement the fundamental task of moral education to improve the implementation mode of curriculum and teaching for strengthening the student center,reshape the talent training system of reverse design to highlight the output orientation,and build an evaluation system based on achievement degree to realize continuous improvement.
