摘要 根据飞机防滑涂料的使用环境特点,研制了一种飞机用环保型防滑涂料,该涂料采用丙烯酸树脂和聚酯树脂混拼改性,用脂肪族异氰酸酯固化剂进行固化,配以改性型砂作为防滑颗粒提高涂层的摩擦系数,同时选用了醋酸叔丁酯作为豁免溶剂降低体系的VOC含量。重点讨论了树脂类型、防滑颗粒、溶剂选择对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,该涂料具有优异的防滑性、耐磨性、耐介质性和环保性,能够满足飞机防滑涂料的要求。 An environmentally friendly non-skid coating for aircraft was developed in accordance with the environmental characteristics of the aircraft non-skid coating.The coating was modifi ed by the mixture of acrylic resin and polyester resin, cured with aliphatic isocyanate curing agent, and combined with modifi ed sand as non-skid particles to improve the friction coe ffi cient of the coating. Meanwhile, an environmentally friendly solvent was selected as the exempt solvent to reduce the VOC content of the system. The infl uence of the resin type, non-skid particles and the solvent on the performance of the coating was mainly discussed.The results showed that the coating has the excellent slip resistance, abrasion resistance, medium resistance and environmental friendly, which can meet the non-skid coating requirements of the aircraft.
