储罐外壁防护用聚脲材料的选型研究 被引量:1

摘要 为满足国民经济的高速发展,需要加快发展大型储罐建设以提高我国石油储备能力。由于储罐事故的主要原因是腐蚀和泄漏,因此如何提高储罐防腐技术水平,确保大型储罐安全是储罐建设过程中必须解决的一个重要问题。该文针对储罐外壁的腐蚀防护,选择某公司生产的不同型号的聚脲材料对其基本力学性能和耐腐蚀防护性能进行分析,探讨产品的实用价值和防护效果。通过设计试验方案对产品进行性能评价,结果显示SPUA-101超重防腐材料各项性能指标可以达到要求。 In order to meet the rapid development of national economy, it is necessary to accelerate the development of large-scale tank construction to improve China’s oil reserve capacity. Since the main cause of tank accidents is corrosion and leakage, how to improve the anti-corrosion technology level of tanks and ensure the safety of large-scale tanks is an important problem that must be solved in the process of tank construction. Aiming at the corrosion protection of the outer wall of storage tank, this paper selects dif ferent types of polyurea materials produced by a company, analyzes their basic mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,and discusses the practical value and protection ef fect of the products. The results show that the performance indexes of SPUA-101overweight anti-corrosion material can meet the requirements.
