摘要
研究开发出耐候性能优异的聚合物品种,在现有聚合物基础上不断提升耐候性是研究开发者孜孜不倦的努力方向。ASA材料的出现替代了传统耐候差的品种,在汽车行业得到了广泛应用。该文从ASA材料的发展历程、结构特点、汽车应用和耐候机理等角度出发,总结了该类耐候聚合物的研究开发现状,为ASA材料的开发提供参考。
Research and development of polymer varieties with excellent weather resistance and continuous improvement of weather resistance on the basis of existing polymers are the target of researchers and developers. ASA materials has replaced the traditional varieties with poor weather resistance and has been widely used in the automotive industry. This paper summarizes the research and development status of this kind of weather resistant polymers from the perspective of the development process,structural characteristics, automotive application and weather resistance mechanism of ASA materials, so as to provide reference for the development of ASA materials.
