摘要
以UHMWPE/HDPE自增强材料为主线,分别介绍了凝胶纺丝、振荡推拉成型等多种能够形成自增强结构的加工方法。同时,按处理方式不同将其分为两类,通过比较样品各方面性能,进一步探讨了UHMWPE/HDPE自增强结构的形成机理,并对样品性能的改变进行了解释。最后对未来可能出现的新型工程塑料进行了展望。
This paper introduces various processing methods that can form self-reinforced structures, such as gel spinning and oscillating push-pull molding, with UHMWPE/HDPE self-reinforced materials as the main line. At the same time, they were classifi ed into two categories according to the dif ferent treatment methods. The mechanism of formation of self-reinforced structure of UHMWPE/HDPE was further explored by comparing the performance of each aspect of the samples, and the changes in the performance of the samples were explained. Finally, it gives an outlook on the new engineering plastics that may appear in the future.
