摘要
由于橡胶材料的分子量普遍很高,未交联半成品弹性回缩大,因此无法加工成型。采用纳米填充不但提升交联橡胶材料的综合力学性能,也显著降低了未交联橡胶材料的弹性,对改善加工成型性能具有重要的功效。该文对辅助材料/橡胶纳米复合材料的研究现状进行了深入分析,同时介绍了各辅助材料与橡胶纳米复合的前沿新技术、新工艺,最后对橡胶纳米复合材料的未来发展进行了展望,指出了新材料朝着轻量化、智能化、环境友好型等方面稳步快速发展。
Absrtact: Because the molecular weight of rubber material is generally very high, the elastic shrinkage of uncrosslinked semifi nished products is large, so it can not be processed and formed. Nano-fi lling not only improves the comprehensive mechanical properties of cross-linked rubber materials, but also significantly reduces the elasticity of non-crosslinked rubber materials, and has important effect on improving the processing properties. In this paper, the research status of auxiliary materials/rubber nanocomposites is deeply analyzed, and the frontier new technology and new process of each auxiliary material and rubber nanocomposites are introduced. Finally, the future development of rubber nanocomposites is prospected, and the new materials will develop rapidly towards lightweight, intelligent, environment-friendly and so on.
