样品前处理的效果能够影响分析检测结果的精准度和可靠性。固相萃取作为样品前处理的重要手段之一,已经得到了广泛的应用。该文介绍了固相萃取技术的定义、分类、用途、特点和应用,总结了常见问题及其解决方法。
The accuracy and reliability of the analysis and detection results can be affected by sample pretreatment. Solid phase extraction has been widely used as one of the important means of sample pretreatment. In this paper, the defi nition, classifications,uses, characteristics and applications of solid phase extraction technology were introduced. The common problems and their solutions were summarized.
