摘要
电力的应用已经成为现代社会必不可少的一部分,而高压电的传输伴随着巨大的安全隐患。配电网架空线路的稳定性是国民便捷用电的基本保障,带电作业就成为电力工作者的日常工作,其中,绝缘横担的更换是较为重要的一环。目前,对于绝缘横担的更换工作有以下弊端:更换过程需要伴随着临时接线工作,搁置在横担上的导线往往容易滑落;横担的受力绳不易扯断等。本文旨在开发新型绝缘横担,介绍了其材料设计与老化试验,并针对上述问题进行改善。
The application of electricity has become an essential part of modern society, and the transmission of high-voltage electricity is accompanied by huge safety risks. The stability of the overhead lines of the distribution network is the basic guarantee for the convenient use of electricity for the nation, and the electric power operation has become the daily work of electric power workers, of which the replacement of insulated cross-arms is a more important part. At present, the replacement of insulated crossarms has the following drawbacks: the replacement process needs to be accompanied by temporary wiring work, the wire resting on the cross-arms is often easy to slip off;the force rope of the cross-arms is not easy to tear off, etc. The purpose of this paper is to develop a new type of insulated cross-arms to improve the above problems.
