高校课程思政共同体的生成依据、生成动力与构建进路 被引量:3

摘要 高校课程思政共同体是由高校课程思政利益相关者构建的,包含目标、价值、认知、情感、行为、意志等在内的课程思政有机系统,具有开放性、多元性和稳定性等特征,具有提升高校课程思政立德树人效能、实现优质课程思政资源高效共享和促进教师专业能力提升的功能。高校课程思政共同体的生成具有独特的理论依据和现实依据,也具备强烈的外部动力和内生动力,其外部动力主要包括学校家庭社会协同育人规律、“三全育人”规律、“五育”并举育人规律,内生动力包括教书育人逻辑规律、课程育人逻辑规律、课堂教学育人逻辑规律等。科学构建高校课程思政共同体需要凝练共同体意志、打造共同体平台、构建共同体多元参与机制、优化共同体环境等,从而为高校课程思政共同体功能的实现创造条件,实现高校课程思政更高质量发展。 College curriculum-based ideological and political community is constructed by stakeholders of college curriculum-based ideological and political education.The community is an organic ecosystem with openness,diversity and stability,including the goals,values,cognition,emotion,behaviour,and will of curriculum-based ideological and political education.It functions to improve the efficiency of fostering virtue in college ideological and political education,to share high-quality course resources for ideological and political education,and to promote the enhancement of teachers’professional skills.Such a community is formed on the basis of its unique theory and practice,and by its strong impetus,both internal and external.The internal impetus includes the logical law of fostering people,of curriculum education,and of classroom teaching.The external impetus mainly consists of the law whereby the schools,families and whole society work together to advance education,the law of three comprehensive education,and that of five education fostering moral,intellectual,physical,and aesthetical grounding with a hard-working spirit.The construction of a college curriculum-based ideological and political community should form the community will,build the community platform,construct the mechanism for multiple participation,and optimize the community environment,so as to pave ways to bring the community functions into full play and achieve higher-quality development of college curriculum-based ideological and political education.
