过程性评价对大学生学习的影响研究——基于SSMMD理论模型 被引量:3

摘要 对大学生学情的了解是衡量高等教育办学质量的重要体现,也是学术界关注的热点。以动机发展的自我系统理论(the self-system model of motivational development,以下简称SSMMD)为依据,基于999份调查问卷,通过结构方程模型分析了过程性评价对大学生学习的影响。结果显示:实施过程性评价能够直接预测自我效能感、学习投入和学习满意度;学生的自我效能感和学习投入对学习满意度有积极的预测作用;情感学习投入和行为学习投入均能够正向预测学习满意度。教师在实施过程性评价时,可以通过提升大学生的自我效能感来提升他们的学习投入和学习满意度。基于此,高校应该持续推进教育教学改革,发挥过程性评价在学生学习中的促进作用,帮助学生提升自我效能感,从而提高大学生的学习投入和学习满意度,进而推动高等教育的高质量发展。 The understanding of students′learning is an important reflection of the quality of higher education,and is also a hot topic of academic concern.Colleges and universities should make good use of process evaluation to improve the learning competence of college students.Based on the Self-System Model of Motivational Development(SSMMD),999 questionnaires were carried out to examine the relationships among process evaluation,college students’self-efficacy,learning engagement and satisfaction via structural equation modelling.The results indicate that:1)process evaluation can directly predict college students’self-efficacy,learning engagement and satisfaction.As college students are more involved in process evaluation,their sense of self-efficacy will rise and their affective and behavioural learning engagement will increase as well;2)as the individual obtain more sense of self-efficacy,they are more inclined to adopt a positive explaining style to deal with difficulties,with a more positive evaluation of majors or schools,and with higher satisfaction;3)both affective and behavioural learning engagement have a positive prediction on satisfaction.Therefore,colleges and universities should encourage teachers to carry out diversified process evaluations,focus on the role of students in academic evaluation,and improve college students’sense of self-efficacy,so as to improve college students’learning engagement and satisfaction,and promote high-quality development of higher education.
