摘要
光纤传感器在工业生产对磁场检测具有着重要意义。本文研究了基于SSS结构的F-P腔磁流体填充光纤传感器对于磁场的敏感性问题。首先,通过Rsoft软件对SSS光纤传感器结构特点进行了研究。由SSS的传感区域延伸出磁流体的填充的实验思路,搭建了磁场发生器,制作了将磁流体填充进F-P结构光纤空腔内传感器,通过变化磁场强度对磁流体的折射率性质进行了研究。得到了磁流体在磁流体在一定的磁场强度内,折射率与磁场强度成一定比例的关系,并实现了F-P腔磁流体的填充。
Optical fiber sensors are of great significance to magnetic field detection in industrial production.This paper studies the sensitivity of the F-P cavity magnetic fluid-filled optical fiber sensor based on the SSS structure to the magnetic field.Firstly,the structural characteristics of SSS optical fiber sensor are studied by Rsoft software.The experimental idea of filling the magnetic fluid is extended from the sensing area of the SSS,a magnetic field generator is built,and a sensor that fills the magnetic fluid into the FP structure fiber cavity is made,and the refractive index properties of the magnetic fluid are measured by changing the magnetic field intensity.Research.The relationship between the refractive index and the magnetic field strength of the magnetic fluid in the magnetic fluid in a certain magnetic field strength is obtained,and the filling of the F-P cavity magnetic fluid is realized.
