摘要
我国用电需求呈现冬、夏“双峰”特征,峰谷差不断扩大,电力保障供应的难度逐年加大。尤其在“碳达峰、碳中和”背景下,如何利用互联网、大数据等先进技术,有效组织电力用户参与到错峰、避峰等有序用电工作是消纳电力供需缺口、提高电网运行经济性的关键。本文提出一种基于大数据技术的有序用电方案编制方法,并基于二维码技术创新设计有序用电码,贯通有序用电方案与现场执行最后环节,强化政、电、企联动,增强用户参与感与执行规范度,保障电网安全稳定运行和供用电秩序平稳有序。
China’s electricity demand presents the characteristics of“double peaks”in winter and summer,and the peak-to-valley gap continues to widen,making it more difficult to secure power supply year by year.Especially in the context of“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”,how to use advanced technologies such as the Internet and big data to effectively organize power users to participate in orderly power consumption such as peak shifting and peak avoidance is to eliminate the gap in power supply and demand and improve the grid The key to operating economy.This paper proposes a method for preparing an orderly electricity use plan based on big data technology,and innovatively designs an orderly electricity use code based on two-dimensional code technology,links the orderly electricity use plan and the final link of on-site execution,and strengthens the linkage between government,electricity,and enterprise,To enhance the user’s sense of participation and implementation of the norms,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid and the smooth and orderly supply and use of electricity.
