摘要
电力生产过程中,各类电压电流信号使用广泛,以往现场试验信号需要用到多种电源和信号装置,操作起来十分不便。本文从设备整体设计、功率电源集成采集输出设计、安全切换保护、主控显示等多方面详细介绍了一种单兵作战式复合化信号发生装置的架构原理及输出特征,解决了现场设备及仪器仪表使用过程中多重化电源应用方式的分离现状,让单一的场景化局面回归工作本身,对于工业领域多元化电源设计提供一定的参考意义。
In the process of power production,various voltage and current signals are widely used.In the past,field test signals need a variety of power supplies and signal devices,which is very inconvenient to operate.In this paper,the architecture principle and output characteristics of a single soldier combat compound signal generator are introduced in detail from the aspects of overall equipment design,power supply integrated acquisition and output design,safety switching protection,main control display,etc.,and the separation status of multiple power supply application modes in the use of field equipment and instruments is solved,Let the single scene situation return to the work itself,which provides a certain reference significance for diversified power supply design in the industrial field.
