一种核电厂重型设备高精度安装施工工艺优化

摘要 这里介绍一种方法,采用先进的三维测量技术,获取设备本体和安装基础的关键尺寸数据,通过建模技术进行模拟安装定位,可以提前获取安装垫板的尺寸,并进行加工和安装,以确保设备一次安装施工即可满足设计要求。通过使用此方法,能够在设备未到货前即确定垫板的加工尺寸,科学有效的优化设备安装施工工期,减少施工风险,提高施工质量。 This paper introduces a method that adopts advanced three dimensional measurement technology to obtain the key dimension data of the equipment and the installation foundation.By simulating installation positioning with modeling technology,the dimension of the mounting pad can be obtained in advance and processed and installed to ensure that the equipment can meet the design requirements in one installation.By using this method,the processing size of the mounting pad can be determined before the arrival of equipment,and the construction period of equipment installation can be optimized scientifically and effectively,the construction risk can be reduced and the construction quality can be improved.
