摘要
建立在信息技术的基础上构建的新型科技成为了推动社会稳步发展的基础依据。这其中以智能制造为基础构建的机电一体化技术体系也成为了提升工业发展稳定性的关键技术。因此以智能制造机电一体化技术的应用原理作为切入点,结合智能制造概念以及一体化技术的特征进行分析,并且以实践应用作为主要的探究对象,综合综合传感技术、柔性制造系统、智能机器人、自动化生产以及数控技术体系进行详细分析,能够进一步强化当前机电一体化技术的创新力度,推动我国工业的发展进步和创新。
The new science and technology based on information technology has become the basis to promote the steady development of society.The mechatronics engineering,which is based on smart manufacturing,has also become a key technology to enhance the stability of industrial development.Therefore,the application principle of the mechatronics engineering technology is taken as the breakthrough point,the concept of intelligent manufacturing and the characteristics of integrated technology are analyzed,and the practical application is taken as the main research object,a detailed analysis combining sensing technology,flexible manufacturing systems,intelligent robots,automated production,and numerical control systems can further strengthen the innovation of current mechatronics engineering technologies,to promote the development,progress and innovation of China’s industry.
