基于对卫星通信的应急通信技术的分析,结合中国拥有完整知识产权的北斗卫星导航系统的应用,设计并实现了一套基于北斗卫星导航技术的应急通信系统,由北斗卫星、信息采集终端、信息运行中心和控制中心等组成,集定位、导航、短报文通信功能于一体,为抢险救灾中的应急通信提供了一种技术保障手段。

The emergency communication technology is analyzed based on satellite communication,depending the application of Beidou navigation system,an architecture of emergency communication system based on Beidou is designed which consists of Beidou satellite,information acquisition terminal,information operation center and control center,integrating positioning,navigation and short message communication functions,a technical guarantee means for emergency communication in rescue and disaster relief is provided.
