党的十九大以来我国著作权领域学术观点述评

A Review of Academic Views about Copyright Law since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China

党的十九大以来,以中国特色为基础的著作权制度体系日趋完善,著作权主体、客体、权属规则等得到优化。与此同时,技术推动的新业态发展也在指引着我国著作权制度的变革,体育传媒新产业、短视频新媒介和区块链的著作权新问题逐步得到解决。不仅如此,我国著作权治理机制全方位优化也已开启,著作权集体管理制度得到进一步强化,著作权司法保护和行政保护得到进一步加强。

Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the copyright system based on Chinese characteristics is becoming more and more perfect,and the subject,object,and ownership rules of copyright are optimized.At the same time,the development of new forms driven by technology is also guiding the reform of China’s copyright system,and the new copyright problems of the new sports media industry,new short video media,and block-chain have been solved step by step.Moreover,the all-around optimization of China’s copyright governance mechanism has also started,the collective management system of copyright has been improved,and the judicial and administrative protection of copyright has been further strengthened.
