摘要
胜利油田一贯把员工培训作为支撑战略、服务发展的重要工作来抓,特别是随着油公司体制机制建设、组织结构调整、人力资源优化配置工作的推进和勘探开发难度的增加,员工培训内容、培训标准及培训模式发生了重大变化。为提升培训质量效果,文章结合企业培训发展趋势,针对企业发展目标需要及培训管理常见问题,提出培训主管、主办、实施、监督部门“四位一体”的管理体系,配套以培训方案编制与审核为基础、以培训监督评价为抓手的激励约束机制。
Shengli oilfield has always regarded employee training as an important work to support strategy and service development.Especially with the promotion of system and mechanism construction,organizational structure adjustment,optimal allocation of human resources and the increase of exploration and development difficulties of oil companies,significant changes have taken place in employee training contents,training standards and training modes.In order to improve the quality and effect of training,combined with the development trend of enterprise training.Aiming at the needs of enterprise development objectives and common problems of training management.This article puts forward a“four in one”management system of training competent department,business department,implementation department and supervision department,supported by an incentive and restraint mechanism based on the preparation and review of training scheme and focusing on training supervision and evaluation.
