Evaluation of Influencing Factors for Sand Discharge Monitoring of Offshore Oil and Gas Well

摘要 经过多年室内研究,海上油气井出砂监测系统分析出原油出砂量、原油流速、原油黏度等指标是影响监测结果的决定性因素。为探究监测结果与生产现场各影响因素之间的规律,将室内研究的出砂监测系统应用于海上5个油气田,根据多口生产井监测数据分析可知,现场出砂信号频段集中在15000~25000 Hz,监测到的出砂信号值与出砂量成正比,在一定范围内与原油流速成正比、与原油黏度成反比。 After years of indoor research,the results show that the indicators of crude oil sand output,flow velocity and viscosity are the decisive factors affecting the monitoring results.To explore the law between the monitoring results and the production site factors,the indoor sand monitoring system was applied to five offshore gas fields.According to the monitoring data,the field sand signal is concentrated at 15000-25000 Hz,and the monitored sand signal value is proportional to the sand output,proportional to the crude oil flow velocity and inversely proportional to crude oil viscosity within a certain range.
