摘要
具备生物活性的催产素的初次合成开启了多肽类药物开发的新篇章,多肽类药物逐渐进入人们的视野。通过调查近些年来多肽药物的发展情况,并且通过与其他药物进行比较分析,概括了多肽类药物的诸多特点,其中着重于其药代动力学方面。这类药物在吸收、体内分布、代谢、排泄以及给药途径等方面有独特之处,与其他药物相比也有独特优势。文章就多肽类药物的药代动力学特点进行详述。
The first synthesis of oxytocin with biological activity has opened a new chapter in the development of polypeptide drugs,and polypeptide drugs have gradually appeared in people’s vision.By investigating the development of polypeptide drugs in recent years and comparing with other drugs,many characteristics of polypeptide drugs were summarized,focusing on their pharmacokinetics.These drugs are unique in absorption,distribution,metabolism,excretion and route of administration.Compared with other drugs,they also have unique advantages.In this paper,the pharmacokinetic characteristics of polypeptide drugs were described in detail.
